# Saved datafields

In the [data dashboard](https://help.clause9.com/assemble-document-operations-panel/data-dashboard) of the Assemble Document mode, advanced legal users can save the set of data they have assigned to the datafields in the document for easy retrieval at a later time. 

On the *saved datafields*page, you can see a list of all saved datafields.

You can delete an existing datafield collection by clicking the garbage can icon <img src="https://1353649376-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FaTEDNbiFdDa6DW2eNG17%2Fuploads%2FIfTDmXN9lVFNJJwMSDZe%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=5623d12d-1cce-4ca9-b79b-47e85d5c7b6a" alt="" data-size="line">.

The refresh button <img src="https://1353649376-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FaTEDNbiFdDa6DW2eNG17%2Fuploads%2FoZPSKerUYff2iK3YUhrk%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=b1c94438-6995-4134-ac48-2c668ce3b465" alt="" data-size="line"> can be used to refresh the contents of this page if – for example – it would not be showing a recently added datafield collection.
